If you’re an applicant or a representative who has a permanent residence (PR) tracker account, you

can sign in to the citizenship tracker with the same PR tracker information (such as your unique client identifier (UCI) or your party ID
must reset your password to sign in

You must still wait for your acknowledgement of receipt (AOR) letter or email before you use the citizenship tracker.

Session timeout: After 60 minutes of inactivity, your session will expire and you will be automatically signed out.
